# Managing Customers | Subaccounts

**Prerequisites:** 

* **In order for you to use this feature, our support team must have previously linked your accounts.** 
* **Administrator permission.** 
* **As an administrator, you will already have all the accounts | subaccounts linked to your user. A**
* **fter the configuration is applied to your users, they will be able to freely browse the configured accounts.** 
* **It is important to pay attention when taking a shot, making sure you are using the correct environment.**

To carry out the configuration, you must access the following in the left side menu: 

**Settings > Subaccounts and Users > Switch tab to Users**
