Insights Hub

Insights Hub introduces a new experience for our RCS customers, providing quick and clear insights into their campaign performance. With this information, they can make fast, data-driven decisions based on their sending results. In the side menu, you will find:

After clicking this new option in the side menu, you will see the following dashboard:

Below, we will detail how each block of this dashboard works.

1. Period

By default, the selected period is the current month.

Period
Meaning

Current Month

Data from the current month, excluding the current day. Example: If today is April 8, it will display data from April 1 to April 7.

Previous Month

Data from the previous month, excluding the current month. Example: If the current month is April, it will display data from March.

60 Days

Data from the last two months, excluding the current month. Example: If the current month is April, it will display data from February and March.

Last 15 Days

Data from the last 15 days, excluding the current day.

Yesterday

D-1

2. Indicators

These indicators display data only from the RCS channel. If you have SMS fallback configured, you can view combined RCS + SMS fallback information in the funnel section. By focusing only on RCS data, you can better understand the channel’s potential for your campaigns.

An important reminder when analyzing the read rate indicator: customers using iOS devices usually do not have read receipts enabled by default, unlike most Android users. Because of this, some iOS users may read your messages, but the read indicator may not reflect it.

3. Best Subaccounts and best campaigns

In this view, you will have access to the Best campaigns sent during the selected period. If a message was sent without being associated with a campaign, it will not appear here.

We recommend always sending your messages linked to a campaign to better organize your sends and make it easier to find them in our reports.

You will see the campaign name below each column, along with data such as message volume, read rate, and response rate.

You will also be able to view the Best subaccounts for the selected period, including the subaccount name below the column, the total number of messages sent, and the delivery rate percentage.

4. Funnel

The funnel provides the complete information for the selected period (always considering RCS + SMS fallback when fallback is available), showing the percentage of messages sent as Basic, Single, or Fallback.

Regarding interaction data, it is important to understand how interactions are counted:

  • When a single MT generates multiple MOs, we count it as only one interaction. The goal is to measure the interaction with the campaign itself. If you need to analyze additional interactions, we recommend using the Analytics report.

  • An MO is associated with an MT within a 7-day window. If a user interacts with your campaign after 7 days, we are unable to associate the MO with the campaign’s MT.
