# WhatsApp Lists

### Opt-out&#x20;

With the Opt-out list, you can extract information of all users who have opted out of receiving messages through the channel. When a user opts out of a contact list, our system blocks any attempts that may occur to send a message to this user.&#x20;

### How Do I Extract a List?&#x20;

To extract a list, sign in to Messaging with your login and password and follow the steps below:&#x20;

1 - Click “Reports” in the menu on the left of your screen; &#x20;

2 - Click “Lists” under the reports tab, choose which list you want and click export. At the bottom of the page, you will have a message; just click view:&#x20;

3 - You will be redirected to a page will all reports requested by your user and a new report will be on this list; choose which of them you wish to extract and click “Download”.&#x20;
