# Cancelling a Message

Currently through Messaging you can only cancel messages that have been programmed and whose status is as shown in the image below:

When the status of your message is **'Sent,'** even if the trigger is split into batches, you can only cancel it by contacting our **Customer Service** team through the link: [**Service Center**](https://servicecenter.wavy.global/).
